Terms of service
DidPrice is operated by OFTALVET, Lda. — Rua da Boavista 44, 4050-102 Porto, Portugal (CAE 75000).
1. What DidPrice does
DidPrice monitors public HTTPS pages selected by you, stores timestamped text captures and compares successful captures to help you review competitor pricing. It is not a price guarantee, a complete archive or a substitute for checking the source.
2. Your account and beta limits
Keep your account details accurate and your password private. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the pages you choose to monitor. Beta accounts support up to 20 monitors. Do not share access to bypass limits or impersonate another person.
3. Acceptable use
Monitor only public pages you are entitled to access and respect the terms of the target websites. Do not bypass authentication, paywalls, CAPTCHAs, rate limits or other access blocks. DidPrice does not check robots.txt; you must assess whether monitoring is permitted. Do not use the service to target personal data, infringe rights, overload websites or conduct unlawful surveillance. We may suspend abusive use to protect the service and third parties.
4. Beta availability and evidence
DidPrice is a beta service. Collection may fail, miss JavaScript-rendered content or run later than scheduled. Alerts and uninterrupted availability are objectives, not a guaranteed service level. Maintenance and changes to target pages can interrupt monitoring. Always verify a change at its original source before making a commercial decision.
5. Prices and founding offer
The standard subscription is €79 per month, excluding VAT. The founding offer is €49 per month, excluding VAT, for the first 12 monthly billing periods. It is available for the first 10 subscriptions or until 31 December 2026, whichever comes first. After those 12 periods, the standard €79 monthly price applies. Applicable taxes and the amount payable are shown at Paddle checkout. Creating an account alone does not authorize a charge; a paid subscription requires checkout confirmation.
6. Billing and cancellation
Paddle handles subscription payments. Cancel renewal through the Paddle customer portal linked from your billing area. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period unless the account is suspended for abuse. Contact us if you cannot access the portal. Account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate requests: cancel renewal before requesting deletion. Refunds and statutory withdrawal rights remain subject to applicable law and the checkout terms.
7. Responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, DidPrice is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or commercial decisions based on incomplete or delayed captures. Our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid for it in the preceding 12 months. These limits do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including intentional misconduct or gross negligence, and do not reduce mandatory consumer or data protection rights.
8. Portuguese law and contact
Portuguese law governs these terms. Disputes are subject to the courts of Porto, Portugal, without prejudice to mandatory rules on consumer jurisdiction and other non-waivable rights. Contact alerts@didprice.com about these terms, cancellation or a service complaint.
