Does DidPrice check pages automatically?
Yes. Each monitor can run on a schedule between 1 and 720 hours, or be captured manually at any time. Email alerts tell you when the captured text changes.
Can it capture any competitor’s website?
Only accessible public HTTPS pages are supported. Pages requiring JavaScript, sign-in or CAPTCHA may fail or return incomplete text. Access restrictions are not bypassed. Respect each website’s terms; robots.txt is not checked.
Does it interpret prices and features?
It compares text lines, not the meaning of prices or features. Dates and reordered text can appear as changes. Review the source and decide what matters. The example above is a demonstration, not an automated report.
Where are my records stored?
In your DidPrice account, on our server, tied to your login. Each monitor keeps its initial reference and the 100 newest captures; export a JSON copy at any time. Our servers are located in the European Union and your data is processed in compliance with the GDPR.
Can an AI agent read my monitors?
Yes. Every workspace has a private, read-only JSON feed with a token you can regenerate at any time. The feed exposes only your latest monitor states.
